Job Description
- Successful Applicants will be monitoring the online platform remotely and assisting users having challenges.
- Successful Applicants will assist new clients register, training and monitor growth
- Applicants must be IT inclined and pay attention to details
- Applicants Must have a Smartphone, Laptop or smart device to access the online portal
- Applicants Must be team players, be willing to learn and have a can-do spirit
- Must be a problem solver, decision-maker and be able to work under pressure
- Must be a good communicator and be familiar with how to perform CRUD operations
- Experience in online and in-person marketing will be an advantage.
- Talking to clients and assisting them in registration
- Lead and implement all marketing activities and monitor campaigns
- Have an appreciable typing speed
