Duties
- Correspondences with apartment owners and residents
- Overseeing the daily activities in the building
- Supervising and managing the building staff (cleaners, receptionists, technicians, securities etc.)
- Organizing and planning the works to be done with external contractors.
- Preparing weekly duty roster for the building staff and monitoring their attendance
- Supervising the technical and other works done in the apartments
- Reporting all staff, resident, apartment and building related issues to the management
- Planning and scheduling weekly, monthly, yearly activity plan for the building
