Client Service Consultant – First National Bank Full Time

purpose

To provide the customers with excellent service by ensuring that they are served promptly, understanding their needs, processing their requests.

responsibilities

Management and administration of electronic fund transfer limits.
Provide excellent service to ensure the Customer surveys exceed the required service standards.
Updates data to ensure the integrity of client information that is kept on the system.
Assist with Corporate Activities and related documentation.
Identification and referral of new sales lead within existing or new customers.
Relationship building with the team and other internal stakeholders.
Identify process and product enhancements strategies to improve service delivery.
Ensures high standards of product knowledge and adherence to protocols to ensure that customers receive accurate and consistent information.
Supports the development of a customer-first culture by providing feedback to both clients (telephonic or e-mail) and team on the status and outcome of queries.
Remain abreast of any new product and process developments.
