AutoCAD Designer at Afrani Properties is to prepare floor plans and elevation drawings for both residential and commercial properties for our affiliate engineering design company, GH Property Management Inc. (https://www.ghpminc.ca/).
Floor plan drawings involve works for interior alterations, building extensions, basement unit conversions etc. All design and measurements will be provided to the AutoCAD designer by our field staff.
Required skills and qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong collaborative and interpersonal ability
- Expertise in time management and the ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to understand technical drawings and plans
- Keen attention to detail
Preferred qualifications
- Familiar with AutoCAD software (2D Drawings)
- Ability to self-manage
- Good time management and ability to meet deadlines
Work is contractual, the selected candidate will be paid on a per drawing package basis.
