An exciting new opportunity is now available for an enthusiastic, creative and hard-working Architect or Architectural Technologist at Probuild Development Ltd with an initial fixed term renewable contract potentially leading to a permanent full-time position.
You will work alongside Reporting to the Design Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the providing technical drawings are to the agreed specification and provide technical guidance to clients and construction design teams to bring new structures to life.
Applicant should reside within a reasonable commuting distance from the office
Required Skills or Experience
- The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent Autocad and Revit skills, with a portfolio that demonstrates a high level of work across projects and preferably sectors.
- Strong presentation skills using various software are essential for this role.
- You will have relevant Architectural qualifications.
- Knowledge of construction and buildability are essential although some additional training will be provided
