Brief Job Description:

-Responsible For Keeping Financial Records Up-to-date,

-Checking For Inaccuracies In Invoices, And Handling Queries On General Accounts

-Reconcile Inventory Balances And Perform All Inventory Adjustment As Required. •.

-Ensure Maximum Compliance Of Tax Laws, Especially With Withholding Taxes In All Purchases.

-Check Invoices And Handle Accounts Payable And Receivable. •

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES • Any Other Duties That May Be Assigned.

KNOWLEDGE: • Knowledgeable In Financial Reporting And Compliance Requirements Are Highly Desirable. • Knowledge And Competency In Accounting Principles.

o    3-4 years in general accounting experience

o    Excellent oral and written skills (as applicable)

o    Ability to handle high volume with attention to detail

o    Excellent written and verbal communication skills

o    Strong organizational and time management skills

o    Applies a professional, confidential and ethical approach at all times

o    Works in a safe, prudent and organized manner

o    Ability to operate computer and office equipment

o    Proficiency in Excel and Word

o    Experience in respective accounting software is a plus

o    Knowledge of the generally accepted accounting principles and local regulations
